  1. WOW, everything looks great! You guys, or should I say Nicole has 2 green thumbs. I’m learning so much watching you. I think it’s great that people are giving you all the advice. I have a table garden on my patio and it was doing beautiful, until the deer ate it all. 😡 Nicole, you’re doing so well getting informed. Love watching you two. Tim, please rest and take care of yourself. Hope you’re feeling better soon.🤒🪴💖

  2. The pest on tomatoes is tomato horn worm. They’re extremely camouflaged and hard to find and can do a lot of damage very quickly. They can be controlled with BT spray, which is not an insecticide, and they also glow in the dark with a black light so you can pick them off & feed to the chickens!

  4. Love your banter! Nicole, your garden is growing great for a first effort after the state they were in. The ‘long term successful veggie gardener’ walking around needs to remember about the hose/irrigation situation 😉 Thanks for sharing another great episode!👍

  5. Drop irrigation with a timer…
    It makes a Huge difference.
And of any late evening without the heat of the day (summer) you want to water personally because is relaxing ypu can close the dropping and do it by hand.

  6. You folks are doing well for beginners. Go with drip irrigation on a multi-zone timer with battery backup. You don’t have to be present for the watering to happen. Skip the pump and hose system that still requires you to be there. Work smarter, not harder.

  7. Ahoj Time a Nicole! Vaše zahrádka vypadá moc hezky a už máte i úrodu hrášku! Ještě mně schází trochu kytičky, ty miluji. Time přeji ti brzké uzdravení!!! Jinak jsem si všimla že tam máte také dost sucho jako tady i když nám teď hrozí povodněmi. Time jdi si lehnout a opatrujte se! 👍🌿Jana 🌿🏆👋🌹

  8. My suggestion for the "dead zone" would be a working "path" to the chicken and garden with low maintenance local floral on each side. Working path – a path/road big and sturdy enough to run equipment over. So you're not running your big equipment over your "lawn or garden"

  9. Did you grow the Lamb Chops too Tim? 😂 Do you actually listen to Nicole…? Snow Peas Tim, they are Snow Peas… Don't ask again next week or you're getting a Grade F 😛

On a serious note* If you are going to do all the oil changes on your 4 stroke equipment get yourself a suction pump/ vacuum pump, then all you need to do is lean the equipment toward the filler and pump out the oil……No mess no fuss no drama.
