  1. Why not try to look for land that there is a river inside the property..better as well wait untill the rainy season to see if the place will not be flooded if there are big rain…or . where there is a mountain as a backdrop… or a scenic place that you could develop as an eco tourism site!

  3. Its very nice, wow! honestly. Congrats! If you bought that land just plant more TREES on the side to protect your life and investment because LANDSLIDE can destroy everything. God bless and stay safe guys. Amazing view!

  4. I'm confused. If I'm not mistaken, I thought you guys had already purchased a different piece of land in the same area to build your dream home. What's going on? What happened? Must be nice to have money to burn.

  5. The unimproved road probably keeps the cost down for a great opportunity. Like you stated, once a road is built, the value will increase SIGNIFICANTLY. Don't be in a rush to build, if you can wait for the road, you will benefit greatly. Best wishes!!!

  6. Out of curiosity, how much do they request per square meter? I guess its somewhere on the south tip of Cebu island? We bought some land recently on Bohol and I'm curious about the price difference between the two islands.

  7. Thanks Finn for your suggestion regarding budgeting for a road. We bought a lot late last year and were told a road would be built but never considered if it is actually going to get built. I will look into this now and hope that it is budgeted!

  8. Hey brotha! Make sure to create a good foundation if a what “if” scenario such as a typhoon comes near your region and tries to destroy your house and plan earlier on such events so your resources won’t be depleted over and over if such a scenario does come

  10. Beautiful land with a great view. I would love to get more info on the other lots in the area if you would be so kind as to send them to me. Please feel free to message me. You said one thing that really made me interested, it is when you said "we want good neighbors", same here! I have had the same house here in Los Angeles for over four decades because of my neighbors. It is not just a house, it is home! I will be moving there in the future and want to find the same. Great neighbors make it a home! I am going to get a place in Baguio but am also looking for another area with people like you and Sherlyn who are great people to surround us. I also like that we can build off the grid there. I have a solar company here in the states and want to build solar hybrid power homes, they would be especially good there since they have power outages very often. Look forward to hearing from you thanks for sharing so much with us! Take care and God bless you all!

  12. Hello Finn
    Congratulations, it looks great.
Remember my previous advice when buying land here :
Make sure that the seller has a Clean title.
If only mother title it can take ages to sort out. If ever…
Cemented road access. Believe it when you see it.
Access to water and electricity. Without it you cannot develop it
    Good luck
