Eamon and I have been lucky enough to travel to Mexico in our van since 2018 and we’ve always been so sad to see the struggling stray dogs and puppies on the streets. We even fostered a sick puppy from Baja in 2019 and drove him back up to Canada where he’s happily lived in his furever home for the last 4 years. So, when we met Alex and he said it was his dream to start a dog rescue here in Baja we knew we needed to help! 🐶 🐕 🐩

  3. Just watching your video now.. try your best to ignore the nay sayers. (As easy as that is to say) You’re all doing an amazing thing! I would be down there helping if I was able too. Perhaps in 6 months when I retire. I’ll see what you kind hearted folks will be up to by then. Take care and sending love to my fellow canucks.. ❤

As for ANYONE who is negative about it (THEYRE probably the reason dogs like this end up in this position! So don't listen AT ALL!)

  7. 3/22/2023 You MIGHT get help from Humane Society of Silicon Valley (or similar cities). Each HS, etc., is probably owned separately and does not get financial help from the headquarter CEO (probably in NYC, living an elite lifestyle…). People donate thinking their money will go to each humane society, etc., but it stays in the headquarters, going to the CEO. Also, you might try getting help from well known vet colleges like U.C. Davis, near Sacramento, California. Best Wishes

  8. Terrific work. I hope you will also be able to spay and neuter the dogs once the basic health problems are undercontrol. It is so sad that the dogs are just left abandoned and not cared for.

You guys are amazing, its so beautiful that you are building a shelter and helping those little souls who dont deserve to be in that horrible position. You are the best ! 12. Hi guys. What a passion project you have. I have a great recipe for curing mange and have used it for years. This was given to me by a vet many years ago and my local pharmacist told me the recipe was used in the war years for diggers that got skin allergies. You use lard or pork fat and blend into it sulphur powder until the lard resembles the color of rich butter. Spread the lard over the dogs mange and rub it in well. It doesn’t matter if the dogs & puppies lick it off as it will still work from the inside out. I wouldn’t use it on tiny puppies but definitely on the mothers. This needs to be done daily. There’s only one problem is that it will make them fart and it will smell like rotten eggs. Sorry about the smell. Good luck I wish you all the best. Love the cafe, great idea. Love Vicki Australia ❤️❤️

  14. The audacity that other people think that they get to message you and tell you how you should serve. Don't worry about those people… I'm willing to bet they aren't doing anything for anyone. But THANK YOU for taking care of these pups. It truly warms my heart! 😊
