Y’all have been asking about how Peter and I ended up in western NY instead of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I’ll answer that question and talk about what’s been going on in the year since I’ve been on YouTube.
The story that I want to tell most of all, though, is the story about how and why we decided to buy a home in the first place. 🙂

Oh wow, that’s a lot of work! I’ve always dreamed of owning an old home but just working on our 30 year old home was so much work that it’s just a dream that I’m too afraid to take on. I do still
Dream and how that we will get a home with land someday so I can garden again and would love to have some grass and trees again. We are living in the high desert of Utah. All the trees that were on our property at one point (just short little juniper trees and they were sparse according to the leftovers) were burnt at one point. The ground is more rock than dirt and like OK, it is HOT here in the summer with no shade. And freezing in the winter. No good time to go outside and enjoy nature (well maybe 2 weeks, twice a year).
