Search and resuce operations in Kerala’s Wayanad continued for the sixth day. District officials reported 219 bodies recovered, taking the death toll to 358, with 206 people still suspected missing. Moreover, the Indian Air Force boosted the rescue efforts by airlifting ZAWER and REECO radars from Siachen and Delhi. Meanwhile, amid the rescue operations, residents of landslide-affected villages reported thefts at abandoned homes, prompting local police to enhance their night patrols to prevent robberies.   4. Pls fact check before giving reports on looting. There is strict checking for those who cross the bridge for rescue ops and for going to own houses. Army is deployed on the bridge and district administration is giving card for rescuers. Was this information from any authentic sources or just from any random channel report. Pls share your source. For TRP any fake news would be shared.
