The studio where CSNY recorded Deja Vu is still going in SF as Hyde St Studios. If you all make it out here(which I highly recommend regardless of what the media says about the city) I may be able to arrange a private tour as I have keys. Tupelo Honey, Spill The Wine, and many other classic old and new have been recorded there including most of the CCR stuff.

Just a quick tidbit of info if you go to Alaska, rent a car, and don't get on a bus. Bus is on a schedule, rental car isn't. Trust me, we lived there in the military 3 years in Fairbanks. In summer take plenty of bug juice (Off). Lots to see take your time and enjoy.
