Who gives a flip about the intentions it was illegal put them in jail so it don't ever happen again
Many Americans(MA) have a higher regard for Marx, Engels, Lenin & Chairman Mao, (The founding fathers of Communism) than they do for Washington, Jefferson, Madison & Lincoln (WJM&L). MA have no knowledge that without the "complete & energetic cooperation" of African people, that the enslavement of Africans would never have begun or been practiced at all in the "British Colonies of North America'' (BCofNA). Africans were more responsible for the introduction, spread & practice of enslaving African people's in the BCofNA than any other people group on earth. Currently MA, regardless of race, creed, color, or political persuasion are completely unaware of this. MA don't know that WJM&L all passionately supported the eventual abolition of slavery. But African people – citizens of Africa – opposed the ending of enslaving African people's, because they were being so enriched by selling their fellow Africans into slavery, to the BCofNA, Europeans, Arabs & others. MA don't know, that the majority of slaves WJM held, were left to them by their fathers, that WJM would have freed these slaves immediately, and encouraged others to do the same, but were convinced, if they did, that it would have caused a very destructive social unrest & general upheaval that would have, in all likelihood, led to full scale civil war in the BCofNA, which would have seriously threatened any chance the colonists would have had to prevail in it's fight for independence from Great Britain. WJM believed slavery should end & wanted slavery to end, but also believed that the time in history for slavery to end, not only in BCofNA (later to become the U.S.A.) but the entire world – had not yet come. Slavery as an institution was an accepted practice – world wide – from the beginning of recorded human history up until British & American abolitionist called for its end. It could be correctly stated that "The Magna Carta" (1215) with its many successor's, were legal documents, composed by the lesser English nobility, asking the greater English nobility to grant broader liberties to them & commoners. It contained the seeds that sought to end the idea of "Nobles vs Commoners" which in turn led to the idea that "All men are Created Equal" a creed 1st written in 1776 in "The Declaration of Independence" an American founding document which in turn, led to the abolition of slavery. These things are not matters of opinion but of documented historical fact. Should we allow those who are ignorant of these facts, that believe & promote an incomplete, inaccurate, & plainly untrue account of history to influence us? Should we? Think about it. Think about all of this very carefully.

We are at the point of not trusting any courts. If trump is found guilty a lot of people will not believe it. And your telling us to vote but how do we undue the damage. We don't even know who is legit or corrupt. I saw a trump rally there was not one American flag**
I along with of several of my fellow veterans in Tennessee were gearing up to defend the capital against the criminal deplorable mob. We had comtacts in Washington who asked us to stand down as National Guard was on the way. National Guard showed up a few days later after some Capital Police lost some of there number.

THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇸, IS IT? Where are the states that are UNITED NOW? SEEMS LIKE the tare has TORN UP EVERYTHING and now the tare wantsq to try to fix it. The blind can't lead the blind and those that are greedy don't want equality in this country because it's obvious most but not all care about self. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND THINKS A PESON THAT ALLOWS FOLK TO TEAR UP THE CAPITIAL CARES ABOUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICIA? WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE ?STANDING UNITED IN YOUR STATES 🇺🇲 WHAT DOES YOUR STATE LOOK LIKE? Is it a lot of poverty, hunger, homelessness? Sickness ,diseases, murders, rapes , shootings, why are these statistics going up instead of down? There is a flaw somewhere! And it has gone on too long. Do any politians ever go out and take a look at those states they are so called to be representing and actually use that money that the goverment allow them to have to go find something to do about it that is productive? For real? Is there a difference in Kentucky? Just one good example!Instead of acting like children playing on the playground they need to start by LOOKING AROUND IN THE STATES THEY REPRESENT AND STOP PLAYING PATTYCAKE MAKE A LITTLE MAN! And be productive citizens go by the rules and regulations that they want others to go by. THERE ARE LAWS OF THIS LAND , BUT little boys and girls want REAL MEN AND WOMEN to abide by them but they don't, thats how children act. JUST DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE FOR A CHANGE TO HELP AMERICIA NOT HURT AMERICIA. STOP GIVING THE devil room because when you do that, you open move doors to those topics you see above. DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE NOT petty FOR A CHANGE! STOP ALLOWING evil to win.

Depending on the courts to protect our rights got us this right wing, fascist court. The conservative court can plead surprise but they are bringing the vast number of Americans to the realization that it is the right wing SCOTUS is a threat to America.
If Orange Face runs & wins in '24 I'm leaving the country: lock, stock & barrel a very old saying. Closing, selling & moving far away & setting up new home.

If “intent” is the crux of the law, then Drump must be subpoenaed to testify if he would or would not have invoked the Insurrection Act. His first reaction will be to lie, but his head will explode when he realizes that either way he answers will be to his disadvantage.
