  1. Coming across as reasonable, and having <"I don't understand", said repeatedly on record is a ploy. An appeal argument possibly. Boy, I hope he never gets a new trial. Although, if he represents himself again, it would be a show.

  5. this dude is a child. He is 40 years old and acts like a 13 year old brat. Well maybe I shouldn't say that cause that's an insult to 13 year olds. He is a much bigger brat. His mother is probably embarrassed by his actions. Not only does she have to deal with the fact that he is a murderer but he is disrespectful and has no concern for life. I believe he got made at his girlfriend and being the brat that he is decided to take out his anger on innocent people.

    0:03 Feed starts with Brooks shuffling papers. You’d think with how much he shuffles papers he’d have things organized better.
    7:38 On record, Brooks doesn’t have anyone he wants to testify TODAY🙄
    12:18 Brooks learned about recall and class action lawsuit on the murder weapon 🚗. He think counts 1-73 (all those pertaining to injuring/ killing) should be dismissed and wants him recalled. He is denied.
    29:30 Brooks tells her to do her job when she changes the subject. He spirals yet again.
    38:24 on record again. Judge says he is reading a book and he hold it up so she can see that it is the Bible.
    50:44 Judge revokes his right to call any more witnesses.
    1:12:12 judge revoked his right to testify and he will be forced to rest his case. Judge wants to bring him back but he claims she is coercing him into his 1 amendment right.
    1:18:13 jury returns and the judge rests the defense case. She releases jury for the day.
    1:20:20 recess
    1:41:20 back on record, brooks still in time out.
    1:42:25 Nicholas Kibler- sheriffs deputy- judge calls him as a witness to testify as too the workings of the audio and visual equipment as Brooks claimed it wasn’t working.
    1:44:56 Zachary Tremanine- IT coordinator at the court room Brooks is in. Judge calls him to testify that the A/V equipment works.
    1:53:08 Back to working on Jury instructions. Now brooks is grumpy the evidentiary phase is closed. He wants all his handwritten papers to be submitted as evidence.
    2:01:41 Brooks says he didn’t get jury instructions and the bailiff picks up a trash can and is seen pulling it out and giving it to him💀😂
    2:02:55 brooks the architect builds a fort and wants to go back to his cell 🤡
    2:05:50 brooks is muted but the court can hear him through the walls
    2:16:14 judge notes she can still hear him (we can too)
    2:32:52 judge has bailiffs take down the fort. This makes him VERY grumpy and he yells at the judge and refuses to participate.
    2:37:15 brooks is “going to get where he is going.
    2:37:59 Brooks proves he doesn’t understand double jeopardy.
    2:52:10 Brooks has his fort taken away again.
    4:39:18 on record and Brooks is in the main courtroom and wants to go back to the other courtroom.
    4:52:00 judge gets back to jury instruction and he keeps saying he doesn’t understand. Judge plows through!
    5:04:48 Brooks is getting kicked out and is mad she is taking ownership of him leaving.
    548:47 Brooks gets offended when the judge calls the Bible a book. He refuses to do closing arguments tomorrow.
    6:04:32 Brooks thinks eagles are only for the military

  10. I’m not privy to local laws, and I 100% believe he is guilty but does it not seem that there are times the prosecution can enter evidence and mark arguments that are generally accepted and almost all of his requests are declined? Like the car info seems pretty reasonable?

  34. This dusty grench, shouldn't have had a trail. His violence was seen. Sometimes our government is too nice to these murderers. Why should our taxpayers money be spent when we all saw his raw rage at a family holiday event? Straight to the nearest supermax and throw away the key…

  35. So with the recall he is now saying he was the driver but there was a malfunction. Before he was trying to say you can't prove he was the driver. So which is it? You weren't driving? Or you were driving and there was a malfunction?

  40. Wow…. even two year old CHILDREN don't behave like such PETULANT, ARROGANT, SPOILED, ENTITLED LITTLE SH*THEADS, even on their WORST day!!! I can't BELIEVE the behavior that full-grown "man" is exhibiting… this is almost beyond belief, and is CERTAINLY beyond comprehension! I am SOOOOOO glad this piece of walking fecal matter will never again see the light of day!!! The thought of that actually makes me as giddy as a kid in a candy store LMAO! 🤣
