A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch 22 second-generation Starlink internet satellites at 1:17 a.m. EDT (0517 UTC) tonight from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will land on the drone ship ‘Just Read the Instructions’ in the Atlantic Ocean. The booster is making its 9th flight.

How does it burn up? It went up there faster than it comes down and it takes more time to come down. How does the 2nd stage fall…but…the 'Sats' do not?
