A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch 22 second-generation Starlink internet satellites at 1:17 a.m. EDT (0517 UTC) tonight from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will land on the drone ship ‘Just Read the Instructions’ in the Atlantic Ocean. The booster is making its 9th flight.

  1. It's an uphill battle with the havoc the Sun's well-aimed potshots at Earth, buffeting our satellites out of position. While this recent 22 is settling into the grid, Elon's expending Starlink position maintenance puffs prematurely of the already settled sats.
