WATCH: California officer rides runaway horse back to owner



A California police officer with horse experience rode a wayward horse back to its owner after a 911 call came through. The owner was found at a nearby bridge, who told officers that the horse got spooked and ran off.

  1. He's a good rider. Never gallop a horse on pavement especially if they are shod . They can slip and be fatally injured and it can also cause hairline fractures on the inner bones of their hooves and lower legs and pastern area.
