Was America's Top Secret Aurora spy plane real? Here's the evidence

Rumors of a classified hypersonic aircraft known as Aurora have permeated aviation circles since the 1980s, but evidence of this triangular jet remains as sparse as ever. Could it be possible that the United States not only managed to develop and operate a fleet of Mach 5+ aircraft in the 1980s but has continued to keep them a secret to this day? The truth may actually be a bit more complicated than you might think.

This is Part 1 of our dive into Aurora. Next week, we’ll return to discuss how the program could have been funded, and why reports of aircraft like Aurora over Area 51 can’t be ignored.

  1. I actually saw a top secret vidio of the Aurora I was up at 3 a.m. watching TV it was a show showing old top-secret planes that have been released to the public of big winged airplanes damn stuff like a big Wing plane look like the stealth but it they don't want to know the segment about the Aurora as I'm watching I'm thinking okay it's just another big Winged jet …as I was watching they showed a taxing with an f-15 about a quarter of the size of the Aurora and they showed it flying at its slowest pace to stay air born the f-15 or 16 was that full throttle what's happening burners to keep up with it that's when it really got my attention especially when I said it was capable of doing Mach 15 then it showed a man wearing a furnace shoot reaching in with a pair of tongs and only furnace I'm 2,000 degrees pulls out a square cube glowing red-hot Simpson on the table pulls his gloves off reaches down with his bare hands and picks up the glowing red-hot cube without burning himself Smith said the metal was a lightweight metal Aurora was made to fly in in the stratosphere that's when the TV went blank that's what I realized I just saw something I wasn't supposed to see I am an artist I can draw whatever I look at I have drawings of what the real Aurora looks like not like the pictures you see.. by the way the first time I ever made my sighting public i saw this in 1988

  2. I remember in the early 2000's I walked out my back door, late at night and thought what a beautiful summer night it was. I looked up to the sky to admire the stars when I noticed a perfect triangle blocking out the starts behind it, traveling low across the sky not making any sound whatsoever. I never told anyone because I thought they would never believe me. Well, here it is…

  3. A second generation Blackbird never entered service because the Soviets never stopped advancing in developing stealth detection. Now stealth is obsolete, only to be effective on conquering 3rd world countries. 6th generation soley means "unmanned AI". The US gov knows China and Russia know this. As soon as China gets its microchip production refined, they too will advance AI at the same time which will aide in the design of literally the exact same thing the US military has. That is closer than the end of the United States of America, and the end of the USA is very close.

  4. Honestly, who cares? U.s. can develop whatever it wants to keep sit-on-top cuz I love my country and I love being number one I don't care what they have as long as they use it to crush our enemies and keep us on the top

  5. I was an Air Force officer in the 70s. I had familiarity with with U2 and SR71. The aircraft I witnessed in the mountains in Central Utah with my sons in the late 80’s was definitely one of those or an F117. I am untrusting of terminology I don’t have personal familiarity with, but Aurora was a candidate

  6. Aurora been and gone long ago. I think people might find that there are entities in the world that have means of propulsion and technology that renders conventional jet aircraft and rocketery obsolete . These tic tac ufos and strange things hanging around the ISS are not ALIENS from another planet in THIS universe at least. No if there were aliens coming to the planet Earth our astronomers and physicists would see them coming from as far as our telescopes could see (including radio telescopes , JWST or gravitational wave observatories) . If it is aliens they would have to be interdimensional (From another universe) . No these funky UAPs / UFOs are probably very terrestrial craft and they are not using the usual propulsion techniques that us humans are used to seeing take off from a airfield or launch pad .

  7. I find it interesting that people always say, "The first official test flight was…" Like they're really going to tell us what that was. I'm guessing the first official test flight of the B2 was years before they actually told us what the first official flight was. I bet the B2 was flying probably 10 years before they told us. Just my opinion.

  8. yeap, i dont think they just retired the sr-71 without replacement. i always thought the reason why the F 35 cost so much because they are diverting the funds from the f35 to some other black projects.

  9. I've always felt Aurora isn't what people think it was, I've always believed it was a orbital visiting system. Or at least the path towards one.

A craft that could take off as a traditional aircraft and then fly into space as a hybrid rocket plane combination, but allow it to return from orbit and land using engines.

Essentially a space shuttle and f117 hybrid, with a mix of atmospheric and extra atmospheric engines.

  10. I'm pretty sure that Gibson saw the F-117, up close you can see the clear outline of the wings but….. at a distance, I'm pretty sure you would only be able to make out a triangle shaped aircraft.

  11. I wonder if some of the "evidence" of Aurora was in fact that of the X-37 (A or B)?
I stil think the Aurora is a collective amalgam of various black projects witnessed at various times – but not relating to a single vehicle or even a single concept. The number of black planes that have flown over the States (1 off technology demonstrators, proof of concept, etc or iteration of cancelled or existing planes or drones) over the last 40 years would be immense.
Hence most likelihood of different witnesses actually witnessing different planes from different programs is far greater than all the witnesses having evidence on the exact same black program over a 20? 30? year period.
