Haha, great vid and memories. Me and my mates had so much fun and laughter in Verdansk but since Caldera we don't play it very often anymore. I hope that Warzone 2 plays in some kind of city Verdansk style again.
Tom regardless of you not playing war zone I understand the game is bad right now especially caldera but I’m really enjoying these how to say it team based escape games that you’re playing I can’t remember the last one you just uploaded but it was really fun to watch seven bullets

Verdansk just has better textures and character. It wasn’t a perfect map, but it felt like ‘ours’ while we had it.
The OG Verdansk was complete garbage in my opinion. The map was aesthetically bland and void of creativity. It was a camper’s paradise with all the rooftops and dark corners to hide in. The only thing I miss from the old days was only having MW weapons and nothing else. Granted, the balance was awful with that everyone used the monolithic suppressor which made the minimap completely useless since you could never see any red dots at all. On top of that, only two snipers were ever used in the Kar98 and the HDR. Don’t get me started on the CQB meta, the only CQB type gun you ever saw was the MP5 and nothing else.

Verdansk was the best, layout was beautiful. Your right, it did feel lived in. Stupid move to scrap it for what we have now.
I regret not playing Verdansk/Warzone as more often as I should've. Warzone in the Modern Warfare era had mad potential to at least last for 5 more years to compete with Fortnite/Apex. I blame Activision and their release a new COD once a year formula for killing Warzone. Like honestly, I found it difficult to get mad or annoyed in Warzone as much as I do in Fortnite because Warzone just felt like a forgiving game even with Rebirth. Like we fucked up a game, oh well jump back in and get a better game going. Warzone will always be the best BR I ever played. Literally no game quite like it with the fast paced gun fights and time to kill with adrenaline rushes. Warzone was absolutely lightning in a bottle. Had so many amazing moments.
