Warrnambool is home to Australia’s richest collection of nautical artifacts and one of the country’s most significant maritime museums.
A local resident told Sky News Australia, “my message is to get down here and experience the best coastline that Australia has to offer, it’s spectacular, it’s got history and you can come jump on board and tour with the locals.”

That's going to look sweet when it's covered in wind turbines.
Nobody wants to visit your inadequate country 😎
Looks like a great place to get swept out to sea and drown 😒👎
ITS A TRAP!
That's hilarious!! Crap beach crap state
The cannons are a bit of a waste. Who in their right mind would try to invade at Warrnambool?
Me dad Ffarted in me face and I loved it. Tasted like corn.
A little windy for my liking. But it would make a great spot for the world's largest offshore wind farm, considering the nearby grid capabilities (Portland smelter and Anglelsea plant) are already in place. The tourism potential would far exceed that of a few old, constantly crumbling sand cliffs.
South Coast of nsw has the best coastline 😁👍
Beautiful, do I need the Jab to visit?
What a great place…….. to avoid.
dROWN dANdrews
You couldn't have been anywhere else in Australia.
Some countries would be beside themselves to see and have what we have here in Australia. Just think if we could agree, by all governments to make this a tourists paradise. It just needs funding.
They forgot to mention Warrnambool is the ice capital of rural Victoria. Only Melbourne has more glass BBQs than Warrnambool. 😉
It always brings to mind Dave Hughes to me. Personally, I would love SA much more, even Renmark would be alright.
The perfect spot for Airbus Albo and his idiot son Bowen to build a few hundred offshore wind Turbines. Bugger the view renewables are the future according to those 2 Clowns.
Don't forget to cook up a goanna too…
