I wish games workshop would switch their models to 3d print on demand and just build what's ordered to cut cost down, this game is awesome but so expensive, tournament was awesome to watch guys
Just wondering on the pile in issue Garrett had in the final game? Not sure I fully understand why he couldn't pile in at all, as there is a difference between units and models being legible. Even though there was a rhino 4in away, each model could pile in as long as it ends up closer to the closest enemy model.
Also, in 10e there is no restriction to piling into units that's you're not within engagement range of!
Idea for the infiltrate enhancement: Azrael, Lieutenant with enhancement, 10 assault intercessors. 4+ invuln and sustained hits from azrael, lethal hits from Lieutenant, if losing out turn 1 you still get some tankiness but if you get shot off the board itās not like youāre losing 10 terminators. Itāll be an uphill battle but for essentially half the price of terminators you get over 50 attacks with all the models with sustained and lethal in melee
Yeah towards the end, Marines have a codex but the divergents only have indexes. We currently have full access to core marine detachments, when the dark angels codex itself comes out we will find out if they decide to sever their access from core marines detachements (and thus if they plan to reprint every single datasheet that they can take of generic marines stuff) or if its more a supplement with 1-3 detachements that pairs with core marines and all the sheets in there. For instance, a lot of templars are thinking about ironstorm, vanguard, and firestorm. Ironstorm to take our cheap 65 point firstborn crusader squads who can have a lascannon, as well as if you wanted to, spam repulsor/gladiator tanks. You can take the BT specific ones, and the normal ones since this isnt rigtheous crusaders which forces you to take the BT ones. As they are seperate datasheets, you could have 6 gladiator lancers in a list (3 normal, and 3 BT with the multi meltas. Dont even need the meltas technically its an option for the stubber lol). For vanguard, one idea floating around was infiltrate 20 PCS with a librarian leading them (again not in righteous so no restrictions on units, can take psykers and they can lead), so you have a 20 group of marines in your face with a 4+ invul and then stealth + cover if outside 12. For firestorm, melta rush with BT impulsors. You could take up to 6 (12 if you wanted 6 normal ones lol) but its more so kinda memey to make meltas decent. But it is still a flavorful detachement, so many have thought about doing it to buff close range shooting and constantly be able to advance and do actions or shoot. Making bolters S5 can be nice (like on a LRC).
Not sure how much time is going into post, but would be great to see your list when each person is talking about their match. I love looking up stuff and going through the lists on the side.
Let's go! Y'all have inspired me to appear in the "competitive night" at my LGS. It's going better than I thought!
Accountability Buddies!
Goofy Movie is legit, extremely good
Blood For The Blood God!!!!! LETS GOOOO
Im gonna need that Templars list. Ive got most of it, not the SB or a Lancer or the Scouts. But imma try it!
Goofy Movie rocks. He is a good example of a single father. Devoted to his kid.
The fight priority thing is covered in the first sentence of the fight phase rules FYI. Big miss by the judges there.
Ok, literally not even a joke, Bricky you NEED to watch the Goofy movie.
It's legitimately a phenomenal example of a father-son bonding story.
Everyone deserves to watch it, that's how great it is.

I love these recaps one thing I missed from the old dice check was the podcast/discussion

Minor Correction. I bought Gladiator Lancers. Am using the Objective Markers š
I wish GW loved every faction as much as they love Eldar.
