You shouldn't finish the missions on capitol world before you visit the other planets; You'll miss out on the loot/story beats on those worlds because of the semi-major spoiler effect that makes it impossible to explore them.

I can't really think of a justifiable reason for why anyone would let this guy go beyond thinking death is too easy of a punishment for what this guy did but that can't really fly in 40k just by letting this guy walk you'd be dooming other innocents to potential heresy just by being in this guy's proximity.
If Pascal's hurting your voice, I follow a streamer who has some sort of push-button deck that produces a variety of voice modifications including mechanical. I could probably find out more.

Hey, Hired Gun was a "decent" Necromunda game. Granted, that's about the highest praise I can give it, but it still meets that bar, at least.
