  1. 4:27 its not a real thing are you serious??? You just said it was a has a literal physical item EG a Trading card which people pay thousands for assosicated with it because it is from the WOW TCG. Its not a digital only item….

  2. I fucking hate people who are like "but *I* spent my hard-earned money on something, it should stay exclusive!" shut up, all you care about is being ~special~ with an item that was artificially inflated in value because it's no longer made. Get over yourself.

  3. Just because some people are paying $3000 for a mediocre looking old mount doesn't mean it's any good or worth that much to anyone but a hardcore collector… Clickbait. Just say it's a rare TCG mount, calling it a $3000 mount makes it sound way better than it is, and is a bit disingenuous.

  4. I don't care in the slightest how much money it costs suckers to obtain that mount through the trading game. I ain't linking my accounts together or watching their Twitch content. Acti-Bliz can kiss my @$$.

  5. Bade take Jessy, your automatically assuming that dude deserved to get ban and defend the company by saying their workers are underpaid (they aren't) and give no solution for his problem. You basically defend their lack of communication with customers. I can't take you seriously after this episode and I've been watching you for a decade

  6. 1:53 Bullshit. i'v gotten 2 perma bans on cs go because i know the perfect angle to chug granades to enemy spawn.
it aint my fault there is no invisible walls above buildings to stop this or then enemy team is just not skilled enough to pick their starting gear fast enough.

  7. I'm not really sure I understand the issue here with perceived value. Everything in this world, whether tangible (gold, national currency (to an extent), collectible cards, exotic cars, etc.) or intangible (in-game items, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etc.), has a perceived value based on what people are willing to pay for it. The only things that could be argued to have "real" value are things directly tied to human survival, like food and shelter. Everything else is fluff and entertainment, but I don't see that as a bad thing. If people are willing to pay 3000$ for a card with a code for an in-game item, that's totally fine (As long as the value is set by the market and NOT by Blizzard, which is why I highly dislike in-game purchases). Blizzard should be aware of this market and they should be criticized for actively messing with it. They created that secondary market, it's now out of their hands.

If the argument is that the game won't be available forever, then as long as the participants of this secondary market are aware of that, I don't see any issue. There's a whole other argument to be made about companies selling skins/mounts/lootboxes/etc. which I'm opposed to, but that would be a primary market where the gaming company is the seller and dictating the prices.

Also, I can't think of any way that Blizzard can benefit from releasing this mount (other than maybe getting more people to join in because of the prestige of the mount… which is destroyed by this very release), it just seems like they're being a bunch of salty children trying to destroy this secondary market because they're not getting a cut.

  9. Not only are the hard working underpaid programmers for the games NOT the ones responsible for the bans, they are not those who can unbans- and cant help you!
Im 95% Sure this dude was using cheats and deserved his ban.

  10. I'm gonna guess he tried to hack and got banned, then said FUCK it i wanna play again…. and them having his information just straight saw he was trying to circumvent the ban so they did it again xD

  11. Wow… you seemed really sure about that guys guilt.
    Imagine if you're wrong.
Imagine being that guy, who's been singled out by a group of trolls online, and being told that by a well known personality online…
    That would be pretty upsetting…

  12. The ban story might actually be a wrongful ban. Like do we have any details ? Its unlikely but definetly possible.
The 2nd ban might just be an autoban because their hardware was tagged during the first ban.

  13. I'd disagree, getting banned these days can mean anything from having an different accent so someone miss understands you, to someone just not liking your voice and false reporting you.
Bans used to be for people cheating and hacking, so not knowing what happened with the dude I immediately just assume company banned him for some bs reason.
I would understand if companies would just have some mute for ppl who are toxic, or better yet… players them selfs could block toxic ppl, but no multi million dollar companies are now your mommy and if you say anything naughty anywhere online you just lost access to your purchase. F*** I hate modern gaming.*if he actually did cheat then ignore this rant*

  14. You have no idea why this player was banned. It might have been a false positive by some anti-cheat measure, or something to do with their hardware. Yelling at them to hundreds of thousands of people perpetuate arguing from ignorance. I lost a lot of respect for you today, Jesse Cox.
