Kharkiv has come under heavy attack again but Russian President Vladimir Putin says instead of capturing Ukraine’s second city he wants to establish a buffer zone.
He said Russian forces launched attacks in the region in response to Ukrainian shelling of Russia’s Belgorod region.
Also, a purported Ukrainian drone attack has caused a fire at an oil refinery in Krasnodar, Russia.

We are technically at war with Russia: The important thing is that unlike the Londinium Lord Mayors debacle everyone should get out and vote, but don’t simply vote for Red or Blue; vote for anyone else whether that’s the Respawn party or an independent and even monster raving looney if it’s your only option.
