Since the origins of humanity, conflict has been a common theme that we have had to figure out how to navigate. Sometimes we are successful and are able to find peace among one another and other times we find ourselves at war with one another. Sometimes this conflict occurs within ourselves too. Are we able to find peace with ourselves or do we end up fighting an internal war that no one else can even see? War and peace takes us through a journey of ups and downs, highs and lows and pulls its listeners back and forth between the human experience of war and peace.
