I don't think I agree. I mean, Wally would win, but it definitely wouldn't be easy. I think HAX and Abilities should be ties because they both have busted techniques and hax, I would argue on the same level.
I love both of these characters, so I'm doing my best to be unbiased. Also I would argue Wally has durability, Goku's durability has been called into question quite a bit, and he has been outted pretty easily.
