Walking a Wolf thru Town!
We decided to bring Honey and Bob on a walk thru Town. We stopped at the pet store and Starbucks on our way. How do people react? How does wolf Honey react? 🐺 ❀️ 🐾

  2. First time I saw a pure blooded wolf up close and in person was at a Gem and Rock show, the wolf was only there since he served as someone's support animal due to how bonded he and his human family had become, but the owner had said that wolves tend to be rather shy around people who even if they say they aren't nervous or a bit scared of the wolf that the wolf can still sense the hesitation and anxiety of the person which in turn makes the wolf a bit shy and less likely to allow strangers to pet it. Maybe that's why Honey was a bit reluctant to pay much attention to humans she didn't recognize and never met before since seeing a wolf up close like that can make a lot of people a bit nervous even if they show interest in the animal and actually are willing to get in a general close proximity of the wolf, even if the people aren't afraid they still know it's a wild animal and perhaps have some nervousness they aren't aware of due to natural caution since you never know what the wolf might do. It's nice to see you taking Honey out on walks like these, since it gets her a bit more used to being around humans she doesn't recognize and also shows people that even a wild animal can be a giant sweetheart when cared for correctly in a way that still allows them to be a wild animal but also lets them understand how to co-exist with humans… if any of that actually made sense.

Anyway, give Honey some extra good scritches!

  4. "Now, a new study led by researchers at Duke University spells out: wolves can’t follow our cues either. And even lovingly hand-reared ones don’t evince an appreciation for humankind."

  5. Shy a bit alert, that's the Wolf part. She's aware of everything, all of it; sight, sound, smell and being super smart she will be locking on and off several things. Crina used to scare me like that but trust me on a forest trail she is the ultimate prey or danger spotter and the best tracker.

  6. I watch quite a few of your short videos but I finally decided to subscribe I have loved wolves all my life!
I don't know if you're in New York we could have a wolf or wolf dog but I have to check the laws that would be absolutely amazing if we could cuz that would be right up my alley if I were to move back to near where my mom lives in the southtowns because it is the perfect area. What percentage is Honey? And Bob is absolutely beautiful as well.
