I’d like to say that established titles is a scam the same way buying a star is a scam…
like of course it is it obviously is. Your not really buying a star.. or 1 sq foot of land in a foreign country with no tax repercussions.. any one who didn’t k ow this was an idiot.
That said I wouldn’t believe every video I see in the internet and do my own research. Yes a company in Hong Kong actually owns the land. But they DO DONATE to reputable non profits that plant trees. One site found with a quick google search says 20m+ trees planted because of established titles.
Are they vague about what documents u can and can’t change your title to lord on ? Yes. Are they purposely misleading people. Maybe.
Are they a scam? No. Are you all a bunch of sheep listening to one guy who did very little research and made a click bait title? Oh yeah.
BASIC observations: Ireland was (mostly) whole, aside from a few N.W. (northwestern) islands Scotland was mainly Picts, Wales was more like a confederation, Wessex was probably RELATED to Wales in culture and language, while Northumbria_Mercia_East Anglia were the Anglo-Saxons. 🔍

Their claims of lord, lady and Lairdship to be sold is illegal in Scotland, and purchase of any land in Scotland … is illegal and not recognised.
The money does not go to actually plant trees, and ownership of the company is entirely … Hong Kong based, by people who run other scam companies.
Do some real investigation into the company and their claims, for yourself.
You're promoting a company that is literally stealing money from their customers, promising false returns.

Established titles looks like it could be a scam. There is no evidence each order = a tree planted. Scottish law doesn't account for plots of land that are so small. Check into it. Nothing adds up about them or Kamikoto knives

Established titles is a scam. You're not buying land, you're not a lord or a laird, and no one is planting a tree. You're buying a fake scam certificate that says you own land, but you don't. It's called a souvenir plot and is explicitly illegal under the Scottish land registration act of 2012, passed for the express purpose of putting an end to scams like this.
I normally watch ads to support channels but I refuse to watch this ad for a scam.
