This obsession with Vrabel is insane. He won 6 games in his final 1.5 years in Tennessee, and that was WITH Derrick Henry for most of that. He wants to still play that defensive-oriented pound the rock type football, which wont work in this pass-happy QB loaded AFC. I don't understand how he's so coveted, other than the media pushing this nonsense.
Idk about Aaron Glenn, his defense has been getting shredded lately.

And, Vrabel would be an absolute idiot to take the Jets job. Don't know why he's even bothering to interview for it. There are literally 31 other NFL coaching jobs that are way more lucrative (if that's a word that's even applicable here) than the Jets job. And Vrabel has to be at the top or near the top of the list of every one that is open. Why would he ever pick this one.
As far as QB is concerned. Might as well re-run it with Rodgers. How many franchises can make a HOF quarterback look like an absolute schlock?

Vrabel isn’t going to coach the Jets. It’s a job interview as a negotiation for the New England job because New England has the cap and the young quarterback and better ownership and history. The Jets have nothing.
John Gurden and JJ, McCarthy, and build from the trenches. Or Pete Carroll because he relates to young players and then you can establish a core for the next two years then you’ll have the cap.
