  1. The effects of climate change have been in front of our eyes for the last decade. We don't have much time, people. We need to save things while we can. Unrelated to climate change, but study the volcanoes and physically move away from them. Sooooo much easier said than done.

  2. Don't say that. And don't say that. And don't tell us that. Don't say that. Don't say that. You people are such nega-somethings. We don't want to know about the impact on man. Keep it to yourselves.

  3. There are not 1500 ACTIVE volcanoes. There are 1500 volcanoes on earth. Big difference. Most volcanoes are dormant

Also some volcano scientists say 600,000 years since Yellowstone erupted and this guy says 400,000 years…200,000 year is a very long time…and the fact the earth is not even 6000 years old means both of those numbers are full of **it

  4. Charge the builders fire prevention fees and use that money strictly for fire prevention! Why not have helicopters dump water in vegetations close to homes as soon as summer starts as part of fire prevention, together with cutting undergrass ? Homes must not get built in the fire hazard areas! Sue the politicians who gives permits to builders who will build in a fire hazard area! Could it be that politicians are corrupt and in the pockets of those builders?

  5. Another example of media ignorance and fear mongering. None of these events are caused by man made climate change, which is real. The scientists who make up the IPCC do not agree with the claims herein. The media is not accurately reflecting the actual science.

She's right about the developers. In Katy and west Houston/Harris county, they've been building further and further towards the upper edges of the Addicks and Barker reservoirs for years now. Vultures one and all.
