You are so beautiful and I notice a difference in your face, surely due to how you healed pcos your face slimmed down so much but I was wondering if you ever did something to your lips? I look up to you so much and I would love to know if it’s just due to the swelling going down or if you did something (which I would love to know too because it’s so natural and beautiful).   4. The type of bones you use affects the taste too. I make bone broth often and I def prefer ox tail bones over marrow bones for a richer flavor. Onions and garlic can add lots of flavor too but honestly I just use bones, water, and fish sauce or vinegsr…after that I sip on it with a little salt. a little sodium goes a long ways flavor wise & helps you hydrate! Win-win.

  6. I usually see that when women get lip fillers they look so fake like really visible even if it’s just a little bit, but your lip filler looks great! The upper lip looks way way better than before. If you compare your videos from 5 years ago and now you lips look amazing!

  8. Not sure if they sell cooking oil filters in America but I use a sieve like that to pour it into a pot. Then I'll put a funnel into a jar and put an oil filter into the funnel. Then pour the liquid into that, it strains it really well! Hope this helps☺️
