Pandemic 2009. Tsuyoshi Matsuoka, a doctor at a Tokyo hospital, misdiagnoses a patient’s disease as a common cold. But after the patient’s sudden death, he realizes that it’s very serious disease, which can make a population extinct, so he struggles to find out the cause of the disease with doctor Eiko Kobayashi.

Not a single virus in the world came from the Philippines yet this Koreans and Japanese film makers keeps creating a world and story that a deadly virus came from the Philippines and their country is suffering because of it! Let's be honest here maybe they should start using China as their main source of the virus since it would be more realistic and stop being racist about south east Asian countries. It maybe a fictional movie/series but they using the name of a country that has nothing to do with this thing called pandemic XD

  3. Oh! I know this one!
    The virus originated in a lab in China. They were studying it while researching biological warfare.
    It was "accidently" released in to the population there, where it spread quickly and put the entire planet in danger.
