Nothing that a little promethium can't solve.
By the way you should always take everything you can from reputation traders as it doesnt cost you anything, even stuff you don't know if you will end up using like the combat stims. I hated the downside to begin with, but soon realised 4 AP = 4 more attacks on a turn for a warrior ultimate or anyone affected by the officers extra turn ultimate.
