  1. Remind me how is this guy a victim? Just because you are black does not make you a victim, especially when you are an aggressive criminal. Good riddance.

  2. ALL WHITE DUDES KILLING A BLACK MAN…remember George Floyd? Whites are OUT OF CONTROL! Adams NEEDS TO GO! Doesn't deserve to be called a mayor. Haven't heard much from him.

  4. I hear all these men talking about it's scary when someone screams. like do anyone in this generation have balls. it's murder. he talked but he didn't touch anyone and lasted his life for being mentally ill in hungry.

  5. Neely was NOT a direct, and IMMINENT danger to anyone's life on the subway at that point, nor was he threatening anyone with a gun, knife or other weapon. This is a case of VIGILANTISM, and Penny decided to take the law into his own hands, and give himself discretionary power, instead of immediately calling 911, if he was that concerned! Vigilantism is a danger to every single one of us, and is a threat to law and order. What Penny did to Neely is exactly what Chauvin did to George Floyd, and Chauvin is serving a sentence for actions which resulted in death. It should be no different for Penny, who was not even acting in an official capacity, either as a member of the police or a representative of social and mental services.

  6. Ok, let’s make one thing clear. Absolutely nobody is saying racism had any part in this. So when someone inevitably tries to bring racism in, you know they are an insane grifter.

  7. you can put someone out in a matter of seconds if applied correctly. being choked out with a couple other guys holding your arms is strictly some BS. just saying. yes he should have been restrained, but there's a line between restraint and that.

  8. They pick and choose who to protect. George Floyd's drug and criminal history was never brought up when they used his de@7th as a pon to start the radical left's racial war. Now the media switching up on the deceased to cover for the ki773r by bringing up the deceased's past. Propa9and4!

  9. This is clearly a murder one guy is choking the poor man and the others are pushing his hands down so he couldn't protect his neck to breathe. When did being angry become a death sentence ?

  10. All of our tax dollars going to the Eukraine. When we have pressing issues in our own country that could use these funds. Hungry in America. No running water in America. As a taxpayer I should have the right to say where my money goes. Some privileged politician should not be making that decision. Absolutely crazy. I am from nyc and been on the train numerous times and saw rantings but we never murdered anyone. And there should be a police office on each train. Why is this not the case???

  11. So if he wasn't in choke hole and he might have hurt or killed more people…sometimes u have to think ..this man was saving others on the train ..thank u to THE DUDE THAT DID SAVE ALL THE OTHERS ON THIS TRAIN . ONNELOVEEE ❤

  12. The chokehold cuts off both blood and oxygen to the brain and why people pass out when applied. A person will be out in 1 min GUARANTEED if applied correctly and in all fairness its almost impossible to apply it incorrectly.

My point is the fact that a intelligent college student and x military individual is the one applying it he HAD TO KNOW that anytime someone's blood and oxygen is deprived to the brain for 14 min its most certainly death. He could have released the hold 30 seconds later and the guy would have dropped …. It blows my mind that law enforcement doesn't see this fact. What he did was out of line and he knows it, it's not like he is a stupid individual.

  13. But 15 minutes is excessive that's longer than George Floyd .he could have been subdued with 3men on top of him .he had 15 minutes to think what he was doing.

  14. The guy was threatening everyone, he was a threat and subduing him was the right thing to do. The Marine should NOT be Charged with anything!!

  15. One less criminal. Thank the dumbacrats who run NY for letting criminals run free. This will be another excuse for them to loot and destroy things, glad we moved years ago.
