  1. Well, it seems that the guy who got hit is the real problem. Does he not pay attention to California politicians, judges, and District Attorneys who have decided that pooping anywhere you please is an entitlement? Also, it is so sad that the driver was not white which would have automatically resulted in him being charged with a hate crime and would have brought in the Feds to investigate and track him down.

  2. Good for you because you dont have heart to the homeless. The reason why God didn’t take your life for you to change your behavior. Use your remaining days to be a lil bit generous..Give foods before you harass them to leave, you are definitely lucky compare to him but your behavior sucks!!

  3. No, he gave full permission to this man, said you can stay, just follow same rules as all within complex. Soon as rules were not respected, then only then it evolved. Lack appropriation if anything. The accountant was understanding within his temporary mis-fortune. Rules not followed, post after he gave permission, guy attempted murder with car, which is considered a deadly weapon, if intentionally used towards injury, and-or fatality. Very serious charge, equilvent to actual loaded gun within level crime. No differential within any judges perspective.

  4. They keep stopping the replay of the video when the man in the car gets out of his vehicle. I wonder what that guy was doing — checking to see if he killed the man he ran over, or what?!

  5. What has gone into people? It's got to be drug use, the legalized one, where it induces aggressive, road rage, hostility, anger over the most minuscule of transgressions, yelling, threatening, following, tailgating, throwing things, starting fights, driving erratically and recklessly. Soft on crime with no consequences expected also encourage more social breakdown.

However, Mr. Teshima, great that he's doing good and nothing worse happened, is a perfect example of what NOT to do, Don't engage, don't follow, avoid confrontation, avoid eye contact, keep eyes behind your head, but do not stay with them going after them if they anger you, etc. etc., just call the police, and HOPEFULLY they will respond.

  6. Glad to see this gentleman is ok. Angels saved him for sure. We need more public restrooms and trash bins all around in populated areas, especially the public parking structures to allow the public to easily access them. We all have to 💩~ Humans are not dogs, Place the public restrooms and trash bins!!

  7. Is it possible to file a law suit in civil cases who are resoponsible and gross negligence mismanage the city ? In other words, even they can not held finanically responsible once convited, at least there’s a judgement call for wrong doing. This is so backward like a 4th world county, is it the US founding father intention, entitlement? WWW

  8. Shouldn’t have put himself in danger like that almost like he wanted to get hit and ran over, for a news story. Anyone with common sense wouldn’t stand IN FRONTA of a car with a person inside who would obviously do that.. I don’t feel sorry for him.
