  1. This is really interesting to read about. I bought all 5 and they're all great pedals.

The Duchess, Copper and Kraken are just fantastic. They're now the main focus of my rig. Not being an AC30 guy, the Copper was for sure the surprise standout. Well done to Martin and Adrian. Sterling work.

The Sheriff and Jack I sent back because they're more mid-focused than I like but that's just preference.

  2. While we’ve got you Victory guys,

Please stop calling both the preamp pedal and the amp in a box a V4! Please call one a V3 or the other a V5 or a V4.5 or whatever, it’s an SEO nightmare, thanks!

  3. In the US the phrase "We met in 'nam" means something very different.

Great pedals but the guy on the right from Victory- listening to him speak is like taking a sleeping pill man- he has that sort of slow, whisper, Sunday morning talk show on public radio voice.

  4. Great video. There are demo's all over the Tube, but only you guys have the Story of the pedals with the makers. How and why something is done is always more interesting to me than just that something has been done.

  5. Always the same old boring od/ds pedals that really add nothing to the market of pedals. The reviewer is forced to say (with every pedal he reviews) "Wow it so dynamic… it sounds like an amp". Always the same old words.

  6. Two very talented ppl great pedals, I mean such exciting and complexed brain the depth of thinking is fascinating more then most can imagine
Me, it’s least amount of pedals just good valve amps good lexicon reverb and tape delays and wah which I look at as expression

  7. Maybe there could be a V2 version of the Kraken, the sheriff that have two button switches instead of the one i.e. the Kraken with two switches so you could get essentially both channels like you do in the amp

  8. Thinking about these pedals as a range, if you had a few of them hooked up to a device that does emulation of various speaker types, that would make for a very handy board for feeding to a PA.

  9. Lee did a tremendous job here demonstrating. You could see him getting more and more nervous as the kraken rolled around. Which is perfectly reasonable. But yeah, he did a great job taking us through these pedals with his playing. Obviously the high gain stuff is not for him, nor is it for most of us I dare say. Lol great video. I’ve had a few Thorpy pedals on my wantlist for quite some time. Just can’t afford them
