Question Time in the Victorian Parliament erupted today after Premier Daniel Andrews refused to take or read a letter from a former IBAC Commissioner as he rejects calls for a judicial inquiry.
Opposition Leader John Pesutto attempted to hand the leaked letter to the Mr Andrews which resulted in heated exchange.
King’s Council Stephen Charles says the letter justifies a judicial inquiry.
