Just before his release from prison, gambler Cash Blackwell (Victor Mature) learns that his father, a general in the Union army, has died following a court martial for allowing the Apaches to massacre white settlers near Furnace Creek. Determined to clear his father’s name, Cash travels to Furnace Creek and discovers his brother, Rufe (Glenn Langan), also investigating. The brothers begin to suspect that their father was framed, with his death linked to the discovery of silver in the area.

    got news for u western fans— a horse cannot run that fast that far! even a racehorse in goood shape couldn't! but, as 'they' say, it's good theatre… LOL. still enjoy westerns- & victor mature…
