  1. It's actually shocking how much this show sucks. Like, it REALLY fucking sucks. I don't usually HATE things I watch. If something is bad I usually just shrug my shoulders and move on. This show seems tailor made to piss me off. Caustic, abrasive, smug, and incredibly unlikeable.

  2. Its a show based on and out of spite and jealousy, by people who wrote characters they identify with… who are UNLIKABLE characters. That's the part they don't get – they don't know why people HATE their 'self-insertions' so much. LMAO
Talk about needing a reality check!

  3. I didn't hate it and I cringed very often and had a deadpan face even more often.
But I can tell you I met some the writers before the show began during script themes and this is a self insert.
Not everyone is exactly like this but they used themselves as the core for the characters.
Also I was there for the scenario that develops between Norville and the popular dark skin lady, I don't k ow how the plot is going to use it but it was interesting.

It did make me laugh once or twice, did have some enjoyment, wouldn't watch it again, great animation and side characters carried this show, 4/10 flatly.

  4. THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T MENTION CHOWDER'S EPISODE OF THEM LOSING MONEY TO CONTINUE THE ANIMATIONS SO THE VA'S BASICALLY DID A CARWASH TO GET MONEY BACK WHEN TALKING ABOUT THE ANIMATION SEGMENT!

  5. im not trying to be racist, but why are velma and shaggy black!?
also, how in ANY way is this family-friendly? there is no way this isn't pg13 or over.

in EVERY single way, this is the ONE thing no one asked for. i don't know why they would make such a disgusting idea for a show. the only thing that i don't think is bad is the animation, in my opinion at least.

  6. Thank you glad you pointed out. The animation is really good only thing I think everybody has agreed was the artist keep fucking doing it you’re awesome. The writers, the producers, the directors y’all need to get fired. 4:34

  7. @Alex Meyers 3 WHOLE MINUTES without a single original thought. Reading online reviews saying what other people think while shamelessly referencing your past videos…AND THEN AN AD? Im not trying to be mean but wtf

  8. The show looks like dogshit far more than it looks good

    The writing is dogshit

The characters are so far removed from the originals they might as well have made their own show.
I mean shit they're all cunts they aren't even likable as characters.

  9. The thing is, I dont care that they changed the designs. Black shaggy is kind of an improvement tbh (I'm fairly apathetic and dont care what race any of them are). My problem is that they took everything loveable and funny about the characters and just threw it in a dumpster fire so they could make edgy jokes. Its not a funny show, and it sure isnt enjoyable or entrancing. it just disappointed me. they took the characters and just destroyed them. its like an entirely different world! i liked the og Scooby Doo mystery incorporated wayyyy better tbh

  10. I genuinely think that the writers wanted to make another kind of show, and when they were forcefully saddled with the Scooby Doo media, they rage baited the show’s writing so hard that they’d get a constant stream of hate watchers to keep them afloat

  11. i was excited for this show, i liked the artstyle and im glad my favourite character got her own show… but what the actual fuck is this abomination, i want the mystery gang not family guy but somehow worse

  12. So as an artist, I look at the animation and I think "god damn this is a waste of good animators" Then I have the second thought "so this got funding but we couldn't get book 5 of Infinity train or a full final season of the Venture Bros?? Great Job wonder media let me guess next you're going to make the animated adaptations of the DC comics and use the scripts from the Live action ones. " Because yes I am that salty about two amazing animated shows getting cut short while this bullshit exists and the abuse of really talented and amazing animators.

  13. I was around the era of Zombie Island, Witch's Ghost, Alien Invaders, and Legend of Vampire (had to look it up to make sure). I somehow missed Cyber Chase but the timeline makes sense since in 2003 I was in 8th/9th grade so would have likely stopped watching Scooby Doo. Just saying just because people reacting to Velma might not be aware of the other Scooby releases doesn't mean they wouldn't have a nostalgic reaction to the characters. Guess I didn't agree with the thought Scooby do had to be super important in your life to have a highly critical reaction.

  14. Never gave much of a damn for Scooby Doo. I just literally hate everything the creators of Velma stand for. My wife and I tried watching 2 episodes(yar har) and were actually surprised just how terrible everything in it was. We don't truck with racism, and Velma is overtly anti-white. The other complaints are numerous, but covered by just about everybody. So… yeah.
