Was a good series until the ending. They rushed the hell of it and killed the whole series for me. But I must say one of the most scary vampires species. Right next to the reapers in Blade 2.
I watched the first episodes but was confused that they never slept they hunted vampires at night and did their planning and searching during the day.

This was such an amazing series, normally I come here to watch things that aren’t worth watching full length but seriously, go watch The Strain in its full glory if you haven’t already. At the very least the first few seasons. It’s one of those shows where I actually enjoy rewatching full episodes, not many can do that for me.
Cover all the seasons
The Strain is awesome. Terrifying, nightmare inducing (seriously). Great acting. Great plot. And the best thing is that after four (I think) seasons, the series ends. They don't try to drag it out by introducing time travel or some other typical sifi series loser strategy.
The Strain is by far my favorite vampire story.
