For NG+ you may not begin with the required item in your inventory, as well as the items needed to craft the desired item.
NG+ means New Game Plus which means any character can be taken in with any skill levels (100 max). Any items that can normally be found in game can be taken into the run (no items that can only be gained from cheats).
You can use cheats in a different world before the run to setup your character with skills and items and upgrades so that you can do more runs so long as you aren’t using cheats do things not possible without cheats and you don’t use cheats during the run.
You are allowed to set a custom seed before making your world.
Obtain one resin.
For NG+ you may not begin with resin in your inventory.
