  2. It happened like this, Ukrainians themselves want to be in the European Union and NATO. And NATO wants to have a reason to weaken the Russian Federation in "SOME ARMED CONFLICT", not only militarily. And since the Kremlin does not want Ukraine to be in NATO's zone of influence, that's why there is this war. It's also about a purely human dimension, whether a person wants to be in the zone of Russian intimidation, terror, feeling of injustice, of course not!!! They want to be in a better reality, that is the European Union. That's why there is this price of spilled blood. The USSR, the Russian Federation, as always, acts here "EXCLUSIVELY" from an imperial perspective, where a person does not count.   5. Anna your absolutely spot on with what you say . They still have ships with nuclear rods lieing inn there bottom of ships so the water keeps them cool ,, country underneath in a serious situation it can only get terribly worse for Russia.

  6. russia only has two important high populous cities and they are Moscow and St Pettersburg. The rest of the russian populous are disposable. Hitting St Petersburg makes the most sense as its the only currently usable sea port for putin to export.

  8. We just don't see what is going on in the UK media. All this dirty oil washing up on the Black Sea beaches, the huge hospitals created for the war wounded who may never be able to work again, the PTSD that will affect 1M+ men as they eventually return from the frontline and try to integrate back into society. The 1M+ men who left the country, the already low birth-rate. When the general population starts to starve, maybe they will eventually wake up!!

You are so sweet and kind to teach us about Russia and the war because I just can’t trust the regular news anymore because they don’t get it right and that can cause casualties and deaths! I appreciate your honesty and your understanding about the mentality of the Russian people and how they are compromised by the nonsense propaganda that they are subjected to daily! I feel a lot of hope now at the start of the new year for Ukraine and the peace progress! May our Great Spirit come to Ukraine and help to fend off Russian military aggression and to influence them to stop the war and broker a peace deal right away!!   19. Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in the Kursk region.
    Despite the fact that there has been no official confirmation from the ruski Defense Ministry or from our side, it is already obvious that Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched an attack north of the Sudzha-Kursk highway.
    Heavy fighting is underway on the approaches to Berdyn and in Cherkasskoye. There was also a major offensive towards Bolshoye Soldatskoye, which our soldiers successfully recaptured. But, according to the military observer, this attack was probably a distraction:
    Ukrainian units are advancing to the Darino area and in the adjacent part of the Sumy region. And we are also attacking in the Leonidovo area on Novoivanovka. So far with small forces. It looks like reconnaissance in force.
    Apparently, a counterattacks towards Glushkovo from the south is also expected.
    First reports that our forces are using mine clearing trawls, tanks and armored vehicles, using electronic warfare equipment, which greatly complicates the work of ruzki drones.
    The offensive is associated with frozen ground, favorable for equipment. The temperature in the Sudzha area is currently -6°C, but warming and rain are expected from Tuesday, which may change the plans of the parties.

As you probably already know, somebody is cleaning the seabed here in Scandinavia, to efficient, cutting cables at the same time. That made me curious, so i downloaded Vesselfinder, i found it very interesting, after getting to know the app, i ended up in the Black Sea, now there is a lot of traffic by Oil tankers ( the orange arrows) between the north east of the Black Sea, Russia, down to Turkey, through the kanal in Istanbul, a lot of them seem to end in town called: Korfez, who funny enough has a lot of gastanks, close to the sea..Is there a joker in Nato?

  33. Anna your Linguist PhD equips you to understand & respond to Hybrid Warfare events better than most. Having completed a PhD, you know to gain an accurate understanding of anything requires a measure of "sweat in your armpits" before expressing credible views online. Additional skill experiences would be dashes of geopolitics and flavors of Law & International Law. Your navigation of all inside & surrounding the war, shows you've already acquired and demonstrated knowledge of geopolitics, & as you mention Hybrid Warfare. Throw all those ingredients into a stew, let simmer for a time, & see what results.

    Being specific, Finland's response to the Shadow Fleet ships' "anchor cable cutting" is clearly a Hybrid Warfare incident in my view. Finland shows what needs to be done. This informed me how their legal approach should be expanded.

    Retired Lt. General Ben Hodges in a Youtube video posting a few days ago, described ways Europe/EU can respond to that kind of Hybrid Warfare event using International Maritime Law. Finland seized the "Shadow Tanker" and crew suspects as prescribed within Maritime Law. I can imagine we will see Europe/EU seize of number of Shadow ships as legal Hybrid Warfare counter punches ahead.
