  1. Newsflash if your friend’s rental home is in Ledesco where that Chinese Academy is it’s located in Jaro, Iloilo. I guess Stephen isn’t really that familiar with Iloilo. When he was saying Jaro is so far away from the major malls I was like where does he think he lives? Ledesco o is only about a mile and a half from the Jaro Cathedral.

  2. Small world, Mike. That house is or was owned by a Filipina, she was married to a Norwegian. She and her two girls went back to Norway. Her husband passed away. My lot is next door to her, you are park right in front of it….that property is right across Wah siong school, used to be Chinese commercial school

  5. I am one of their subscribers as well. I wonder why they didn't upload any new videos. It appears that they are preoccupied with their business. The cost of a spacious house rental that exceeds $700 is unbeatable. It's significantly less expensive compared to the standard of living in California.

  6. Michael, there are kotean, vuetnu, Japanese, etc eateries at tfe right side entrance, after crossing the Kawayanan Bridge. All authentic because the owners are Kotesn, Japanese, Vietnamese, depending on the nature of the resto also.
