  1. Philippines should ask both her colonial ex master.
After WWII the 5 UNSC permanent members as Victors spilted the territories occupied by Japan and Germany.
The SCS occupied by Japan was returned to China while US took control of Japan and her surroundings islands.

  2. The CCP should not have assumed that the new Philippine leader could be intimidated in the same way as the previous Duterte, who won people over by projecting strength but was limited to facing weaker opponents. in contrast, the new president is the son of a dictator who, like the CCP, employs terror, intimidation, and repression as means of achieving their objectives. Marcos knew how to get around them.

  3. The Philippines always participated in the United Nation peacekeeping operations – the UN HAS A DUTY TO REINFORCED, promote justice and international law across its three pillars of security, peace, social prosperity- THEREFORE HAS A DUTY TO JOIN THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA PATROLLING SOVEREIGN RIGHTS.

Where are they when you needed it?
