The US Department of Transportation is investigating Elon Musk’s brain implant company, Neuralink. It is over potential illegal movement of hazardous pathogens, the probe began after the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine – an animal welfare advocacy group – wrote to the Secretary of Transportation in the US.
