The Batanes Island is a strategic well fortified fortress if there is weapons facility system for quick replenishment and with the right armaments it can be properly well used along with such fast access and transport system , construction heavy equipment for rebuilding the island should be fast and accessible weather buy SEA , LAND , AIR distribution should be within the scope area along with the system radar , submarine's , fast attack craft , missile system ( surfaced to surfaced , ground to air and a Closed-In Weapon System with a fast phased replenished operation for such escalation or counter measure's.

Batanes fortifications can strategically serve as tactical point for interception. blockage, envelopmment and ambush of targets from and to WPS, Himars can even be used in 300 kms distance of targets.
