The workbench makes life easier. I wonder if there is something like a wind turbine to boost when the sun isn't shining or is that something that needs to be researched. Do like the gentle pave you do things at.
when you combine Beedroots and Potatoes in the "Foodprocessor" (use all slots to produce better/bigger meals) you can "spice up" your Meal to make it even more nutritious 😉
You can also "combine" your fruits in the DNA-Processor to gain better seeds: just put two times 10 potatoes into the DNA-Sequencer and you will get 12 seedlings with better values in growspeed and a second thing i didnt remember ^^. The 12 seedlings will perfectly fit into the hydroponic shelf while there are 12 places to plant your croplings into 😉
8:32 just cut into the upper pannelpart, not into the stem where all the energy flows thru, to prevent electrical shocks ;P
