Starsiege: Deadzone is a multiplayer corridor extraction shooter set in a dark sci-fi universe where humanity is on the brink of extinction. As space mercenaries, known as Raiders, players will team up with two others to explore the derelict stations taken over by sentient AI. As a Raider, your goal is to extract valuable weapons and resources for your faction. Players will select their class and venture into procedurally generated ships making each match unique. Choose from three distinct classes, each with their own unique abilities and work together to overcome the ship’s deadly traps and defenses in order to escape. Beware of the other Raiders seeking the same riches.

Best use case for the double barrel ive seen as scummy as it is is damage amplifying and ratting lol. wanted to try it out and i 1v3ed before they even realized what was going on. those two shots obliterate a player before they can react and the fast reload time made it really good to retaliate, only works in super close quarters tho. stronger close range sniper with that damage amp.

  2. Wait so…i confused so the game has damage mitigation feature that is essential “one shot” protection except its…is for any damage.? Thats the most stupid game design feature ever minus snipers if the devs done want it to be a one shot kill….If im shooting someone and im shooting and im shooting & holy fuck the health bar doesnt move for a small period of time that sounds so clunky and cheesy that basically means meta setups will be shoot firay with big damage weapon, guerrilla warefare hide like a bitch, switch to fast ttk weapon with a full mag by that time the mitigation is long gone and you pop out and wipe em. Stupid. Its different if this scene occurs because thats ur play style or the best method in the situation but shit like that just pushes players to play scared & cheese

  3. Starsiege doesn't hit like the Cycle. Just tried it out but I don't get the same feeling. I don't care if I lose my gear and neither do I find the game very rewarding somehow. Will try it out some more and level up etc but I prob won't be as hooked as I was on the Cycle

  4. Btw just some feedback, I know you did this on stream and then upload it, but the video can be better. Only a quarter of the screen is used in this video, the gun images are super hard to recognize, and your face cam covers the content.
    It's a shame because the info you say is useful but it's an audiobook now :p
