We are making progress but its slow. I worked on the frame rail on the passenger side for a bit and then took a little time to open a mail time from my friend Jim. We are chipping away at the rails but its definitely one of those things that takes some effort to get through. Thank you all for watching.

First!!

I'll try a cupholder!
Thanks for the video today π
I dig the cup holders. Excellent idea.π when/if you add a rear cross brace, keep in mind that you will end up adding a anti roll bar at some point. Faster you go the more likely you will add it if it isn't already there.
I need one !
Ya looks like that for cage mount or take off the loop and run some screws into something flat
Wish I new how to weld, I bought a $800.00 welder 3 years ago and have never used it.
The tubb job is coming along fine, I don't think you give yourself enough credit sometimes.
Cheers Dane.
They are cool the cup holders, pity I'm in Australia.
That cup holder is slick, do you have a link to where you can get it? I hope you get the Boom back out to Irwindale this winter. Hopefully I'll see you out there.
The cup holders are very cool! Great idea and space saving to boot.
I would like to represent burndown with one of the cup holders, do you have a link to order? Thanks
ππ₯π
That is awesome that you are able to give away those flip up cup holders, I wish I had a car that would make sense to use the light weight cup holders! At some point I will, I am working on one now, just way to far to be busy with cup holders. I appreciate the content! Sure those will be gone in no time!
oh, dem cup holders are cool
Those cup holders are freaking awesome
Would definitely come in handy for future drag and drives or cruising in general and should fit around the like the cross dash bar or gusset bars possibly
Dane as a dad I can tell you this much, earlier this year at Firebird raceway Night Fire Nationals my son was given an opportunity to sit in a funny car. The owner even showed him by allowing him to use all the controls in the car as what to do in a burnout, putting the car in reverse staging, and the hammer down action. Even showing him how to use the chute. He even put the body down and let him exit through the roof. Later I met the owner again an told him that was an opportunity of a life time and how much it meant to me as a dad. His response was weβre here to help make memories for families. So yes please enter act with the younger generation as they are the future of our Motorsport. Keep rocking the BOOM looking good.
so what i do is file a slot and use a hose clamp on the dash bar. glad ya like them Dane I have more so they retail for 19.99 but with your viewers i will sell them for 12.99each plus the ride or 20 .00 for a pair plus the ride
Plumber pipe strap will work great
I need a cup holder. Can be hidden very easy
The secret to getting all the stuff in the video done that you say in the into is to shot the intro last
