Can you do an updated best PvP fleets for 2023? there have been a lot of new ships and equipments released so I reckon it's gonna change quite a bit

Why would u want her to be universal? universally strong URs have ruined the game. such as NJ Musashi and Vanguard. When shinano came out she excelled at her niche role of torpedo bombing, and having high survivability.
This is how URs should of been designed from the start, extremely powerful at 1 or 2 things, which keeps for variety in the game. Going into 2023, there are only a select few SSRs even worth using, and with 4 new URs im sure that number is just gonna get even lower.
I still hope for a US carrier boost, hopefully pushing them back into the front lines of top setups. It's a shame that the carriers who dominated the Pacific war are sidelined by an immediately sunk transport and a fictional ship
