BUSH HOG SO PEOPLE KNOW IT IS SOLD LAND.
PAINT A BIG PIECE OF SCRAP "SOLD" POST IT AT THE STREET.Or PLACE ACROSS DRIVEWAY
Looks like you may have rabbit hunters hunting in the field while you are gone
Please keep Ralphie brushed. If he gets matted it will hurt him. Just saying.
Buy a cheap game camera to watch over the place then you will see who is trespassing.
20β is not very wide. Iβd consider at least 24β.
Hi guys! Boy, ya got a lot of work ahead. Sounds like ya have your plans down. Good luck on the move!
Buy a π’
Look into rotational grazing for the goats. Might help your pockets in the long run and the goats. πβ€
The kids are going to love the creek in the summer time!!! You two will also!!
Hello Hello DD5
Mike, a 20×40 steel building, consider in floor heating from an outside wood burner! Check Diesel Creek to see how Matt did it with his similar sized shop. Eddie
Do a bonded title
Just some ideas. Mow the place to get a better idea as to where you might like to put the house. Also clean the trash up but wear gloves when you do. You never know what is in the trash. When you put the cement in be sure to put rebar in it. Put it up high as you don't want to suffer from flooding as one never knows. Weather patterns are crazy these days. I just want to see you move there and be happy. After all is said and done a nice size greenhouse to plant things to eat would be helpful on the budget. Y'all take care and really enjoyed watching.
Solar cameras that link to ur phone so u can see whats going on when ur not on new property
Mike dig a pond deep use the dirt to rise the slab your going to build the barn on remember it gets flooded out there and for the kids building too rase it up too with dirt anything your building rase it up for flooding weather ππ
You have plenty of dirt on the land pond around the land can help with flood water in it when it rains π
Its so wet there!
Up there! Build up there out of the flood zone, It appears where your stuff is has been flooded many times creating the steep bank to up there. So build up there, have a nice set of steps from earth and stone with maybe a slide for going down beside it. A large Gazebo at the Creek. With solar powered lighting the pathway and gazebo.
Will that be a couple of years…when will you take action rather than just talking and looking??????????????????
Crazy how Mike sounds just like Davidβ¦ I like Mike when heβs himself not David Mike be yourself
Congratulations on your new properties. Beautiful place. It looks like the path made by the vehicle could be your neighbor checking up for you guys. So,so happy for you and family. Just a thought Mike please take in consideration when moving your home to put it on your highest spots to not get flooded. So,so proud of you all. You deserve this break.β€β€β€β€β€π
Hi Mike, Lyssa thats bad about someone being on you land. Get some no trespassing signs and maybe a security camera with a app that goes on your phone. Glad they didnt take anything. The neighbors dog is so friendly. Dreamers Landing. Great place. I'm so excited for y'all. Love the building you have picked out that is really nice. Thats awesome to live in the camper until you get it finished. And good idea to finish the shouse after you move. Congratulations on your new subscribers. Have a great day and God Bless DD5 β€
You guys are going to enjoy this property. I can just imagine sitting on the front or back porch listening to the sound of the river as the sunset or rising. ποΈπ π. The Barndo is a good idea. Paragon Ranch has a beautiful finished one. Also, Simply Simona is in the process of building out a big black one in Arizona. Do you have a outside color for your Barndo?
Raise the house so you never have to worry
Mike if you own this property close that gate and put lock on it to keep trespassers out.
Already, with the click bait?Trust passers around here So fake What a joke
