Could you do wavesplitter next
Outbreak is probably the best primary in the game. Amazing infinite ammo dps, and amazing ad clear. You GOTTA get that catalyst tho. If you run it on stasis with whisper of rending, one headshot kill will just kill everything because the nanites will shred everything nearby that is frozen.
