Scarlet is super buggy and broken. most of her hero powers and treasures have very big bugs that can lose you games.

You really should be playing Meat Grinder instead of Graveyard Shift. A 3/4 body is way more beneficial to you early than some piddly 1/1s, plus it gains you corpses faster. Sacrificing one of your late game dues is a small price to pay for a better early game.
