This is so exciting, ground work happening between 2025 and 2026 with area work happening with park construction with areas in 2027 and 2028 with ride instillation in 2029 early 2023 for a 2030 opening maybe?
"They wouldnt buy this much land for no reason"?
They wouldnt want to spend thousands on planning and surveying, for someone else to snap the land from under them.
They already have a housing developer buyer as a contingency if they deem the land not viable for a park, and planning for housing has already been approved.
I hope the park happens, but is not certain yet.
