  1. Be sure our overlords will be as equally dismissive as ever, and I suggest the evidence be cited in detail along with the program, for those friends and foe that may need confirmation of the facts.

  2. I have been looking at Wikipedia for anything regarding Scotland's national status and it's not a subject. Just the common narrative. I've been drafting a heading under which the discussion can be held. (not published). Should anyone want to take the initiative on this I'd say have a go.

  3. Really enlightening and VERY educational. I share a surname with your Director of Photography. I used to spend some drinking time with a guy from Glasgow, a fierce Scottish Nationalist, who laid it out in pretty bare terms "as a Scot in this union I have more in common with the Australian Aboriginal". With hope for an independent Scotland from the far side of the world, my father was Hay and MacKay. Saor Alba!!!

  4. The English, The Welsh, The Jocks and The Northern Irish are better off being part of the United Kingdom but remember the old saying, United we stand, devided we fall but Scotland can never become independent as we will never allow it as England gives the orders and Scotland must comply or else, Grow up Scotland

  5. Dico tibi verum ,libertas optima rerum- William Wallace's dictum then and good for us today. This and other newly restated truths in this program,I see as a motivating force to lead to freedom!! We need more of this to educate our fellow Scots. Read Tom Devine's books for the hard truth of our history.

  6. They might think that opening remark funny. I doubt there will be many of us laughing, and that goes for many in their party. It shows how they think of us. Do you want that sort of thinking controlling us in every way eith nosey on your country and resources. We are certainly the poorer for it, and all they do is laugh at us and our gullibility and those who side with their way of thinking living in our country.

  7. Excellent production. I'm looking forward to Part 2. A couple of observations if I may. In my humble opinion, there is a touch too much emotion in the commentary. I completely understand that this is an emotive subject – it is for me too, but I'd have preferred to see a more matter-of-fact approach with less emotion. One of the biggest arguments that pro-UK supporters now use is that even if all of this is true, we had a vote in 2014 and voted for the union. This may be the only legally recorded decision on behalf of the Scottish Crown (ie the people) that survives in the historical records, and it may be the one that damns us to a long and futile fight for independence. Finally, as someone who spends a lot of time in Primary education, I still see the teaching of England's history in favour of Scotland's and whenever I mention it, I'm often made to feel petty for bringing it up. Scotland may well have woken up to the lies, but it might be too late to do anything about it.

  8. This is a great documentary. I agree with the comment earlier stating this should be shown in every classroom across Scotland.

The UK is falling apart both internally and on the international stage. It's inevitable end is drawing closer. Even Unionists know it.

I'll see an independent Scotland in my lifetime.

  9. Brilliant! Good to hear the truth but so sad that most Scots donโ€™t know their history and wonโ€™t ever hear it.
