  1. Seen the state of their delivery vans? So old they are faded red. No investment. You'd have thought they'd have a rolling contact hire arrangement with say Vauxhall UK, and replaced every three years. They did once.

  2. How many privatised sectors that were once public have followed precisely the same path? It is not only Royal Mail, what about the NHS now owned by a private health insurance company, the railways or the energy companies, or the water and drainage utilities, or our road infrastructure, and all of these organisations involved have trashed real wages simply in order to increase the share price….time to get a grip "journalists" everywhere …..

  4. I wish there was a real alternative to the Post Office. The postal service has gone to pot. Postpersons are very good at posting half a dozen items of junk mail through the letterbox every day though…..oh and chucking rubber bands on the floor…….

  5. Its about time people exercise their right to get decent pay when companies keep recording record profits and pay rises for the bosses and not the workers

They will learn very quickly how much WE have the power. EVERY company repeatedly trys to screw over its workers…every single time.

  6. Don’t call him a union boss, he is a representative. calling union leaders ‘bosses’ has been historically used in anti-union propaganda to equate a movement of collective Labour bargaining to the undemocratic nature of corporate leadership
