The fact that he keeps talking is showing his total saltiness towards losing to Lebron. He wasn't saying anything when they added that cheat code in KD.
Draymond is more important than Poole….Poole is not consistent and has no defense…as long as you have defense! You stay…Poole can be replaced…not Draymond especially in the Warriors system
I honestly believe that Poole had entered the 2022-2023 practice season unprepared mentally or physically. I believe that when he & DG had that angry exchange he said something that goaded DG beyond endurance, something that DG refuses to say anything about even now. When DG punched Poole he caught the back of Poole's head before it slammed against the wall– watch the clip repeatedly even in slow mo, you'll see it. If DG didn't give a hoot he wouldn't have bothered. When the video was leaked it could only have benefitted Poole. GSW subsequently gave Poole a $140M extension. If Poole had any insight, introspection, or humility he would have focused on doing his best to learn defense, to learn new moves, to practice shooting accurately from different angles because of the new contract. Instead he has been inconsistent, unfocused, indifferent & uncaring the whole season & his deterioration glared during the playoffs when the pressure gets ratcheted to an all time high. If he blames his performance on DG he must really be traded by GSW. This means he truly refuses to be accountable. He was not all apologetic for his rotten, inconsistent performance all season. He already disappears when mildly pressured. If anything can distract him so easily, if he allows his moods to dictate his play, then that is the kind of player GSW will deal with for the duration. But GSW needs someone who thinks of team, who is committed to winning games especially road games, who is hungry for a chip every season, who is dependable, who does well on or off the bench, who plays good defense, who plays well off the bench, who is willing to learn, who is humble. Poole is not that type of player. Hoping that he will change is taking a huge gamble. Because of their performance this 2022-2023 season so long as Dray & Klay agree to a reasonable contract they should be retained. But Poole, Kuminga & Moody can be traded, the three are cut from the same cloth. Wiggs is close to Poole so they share similar values so Wiggs should be watched as well.
It is not matter of wants or loyalties. It is a matter of must to win another ring for Curry! Trade Dray, Klay, Poole and maybe even Kuminga and get taller and better with KAT then OG or Pasqual and another rebounder. Curry, Wiggins, OG/Pasq, KAT, Loons with GP II, Moody, Rollins, PBJ, New Big = 2024 Championship!

Draymond is getting old and hurt. Poole is young and pretty healthy. Dray is a dirty player. We've all seen it. Then he has to sit out games from techs. Trade Dray and keep Jordan. Work on Jordan all summer and fix his mistakes.

Its a difficult place to find yourself, a lot of the shortcomings you see in Poole can be coached/taught, he's early in the league, Draymond is stuck in his ways and often his own coach and teammates can't calm him down when he gets worked up and gets overly-aggressive. Its a difficult choice but I'd rather keep the younger talent for the time being.

Had the moved in to the western conference and won the whole thing this situation gets buried like it did all season. But thats just how scummy the GSW organization is. They rode KD to 2 championships and act like it was all steph and klay. This is a chump organization
